I have been using the hydro massage with Red Light Therapy for a few months now. 15 min a few times a week, helps my fibromyalsia between massage visits. And the Red Light Therapy lightens my rosacea while lessening my fine lines around my eyes. I started noticing in just a month of use. I look forward to my 15 minutes of spa a few days a week. I don't need an appointment and it's open 24/7. Win win!!

The gym is clean, equipment is in excellent condition. There was a minor issue with my billing and that very evening the owner of the gym called me and explained that this will be taken care of. Customer service after the sale is everything. 5 stars. Thank you.

I visit this gym each time I am in BV. Love the $5/visit and $15 weekend pass options. Easy to access with your phone to get in whenever you want (if you purchase the pass). Equipment is older but seems well maintained—I think they have reupholstered benches since I was here a few months ago. Great option in BV (I used to drive to the YMCA in Lexington, but this is so much more convenient, easy to access, and about same cost).
