A great local gym with something for everyone - even at its busiest, it never feels overcrowded. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Gyms can sometimes feel intimidating, but this one has such a positive, inclusive vibe, which is rare to find. I also did some training sessions with PT Adam, who helped me build confidence and create a plan that’s kept me motivated and consistent. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!
Great gym! I've been a member of Fit This for a while, and I can confidently say it is one of the best fitness clubs I have ever joined. The facilities and equipment are top- notch. The layout of the gym allows you working out easily even when it is more busy than usual. On top of that newly renovated sauna- great after long day at work or good workout. Amazing independent gym, signing up was very easy, very welcoming staff and getting the initial PT sessions really helped with the anxiety of going back to the gym after many years. The facilities are clean and there is plenty of space to do your own thing. Bonus for a good sauna with ladies Thursdays, and sun bed in the locker room. Highly recommend this gym
I really like this gym. All the staff is very polite and very helpful. A big discovery was the yoga class I've started. So good! Clare is our instructor and she is amazing! You really can feel only good vibes in her classes, love it! Great gym
A Nice gym, with friendly staff and a sauna in a good location. Unfortunately completely ruined by the experience I had when I left the gym. - which after reading some of the reviews seems to be common. Signed up for 3 months as I was only in London for two and a half months and 3 months was cheaper than individual months. - was reassured twice by staff that I didn't have to do anything about my membership when leaving.
