The most lovely atmosphere in this gym. The staff are super kind, it’s peaceful in the evenings & everyone is focused on bettering themselves, no judgement! 10/10 staff & members <3
I highly rate this gym. I purely go for the classes and it's amazing value for money. The instructors are super friendly and encouraging and make the classes fun (particularly Neil who does HIIT, Alex who does Zumba and Francesca who does Pilates). Its an independent gym too so it feels like you're supporting something local. I've had to pause my membership recently because I've been made redundant and the manager has gone above and beyond to help my situation. Amazing independent gym, signing up was very easy, very welcoming staff and getting the initial PT sessions really helped with the anxiety of going back to the gym after many years. The facilities are clean and there is plenty of space to do your own thing. Bonus for a good sauna with ladies Thursdays, and sun bed in the locker room. Highly recommend this gym
