I've been going to fit therapy for a few years now!!! Nothing works out the muscles I'm trying to target like this place. Honestly just going for one month once or twice a week you will see incredible changes. Emile is my favorite instructor. He challenges you and always helps your form to prevent injuries. If you wanna build your booty this is where you need to be going!
I have been going to their fitness classes for a year and I love them! Some of the best fitness classes I’ve been to. My favorite is the lower body blast with Emile. Emile keeps the workouts challenging and interesting by switching up the exercises, while also providing coaching and ensuring proper form with every member of the class. The classes are circuit resistance training. The equipment is top tier and the space is always clean. I leave every class feeling challenged and sore, in the best way.
As an inexperienced lifter, I had a great and challenging time. It was a group class, but felt personalized. Emile gave me so much attention with each exercise. Looking forward to coming back.
LOVE this place! I always do the booty and leg classes when I’m in town from Dallas! They are so sweet and make me feel at home every time I go. Very clean and impressionable, the other people who attend the classes are always nice too! I drive 30 mins to get here bc it’s THAT good! Thank you guys for being so great at what you do, can’t wait for my next trip home!
FIT therapy is my favorite. I am a yoga girlie and have very little experience in weights. Emile, and all the trainers I’ve worked with, gave me such personalized support— even in group classes. I get so sore the next day from class, which makes me feel so good!
