I go to Fit Theorem for their 6:00 am classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. No better way to start your day !! All the instructors are upbeat and a real joy to be with which makes the classes fun! Fit Theorem has upbeat music to workout with

Fit Theorem is simply a great place, the amazing coaches push you hard to achieve results through fun & motivating workouts . At the end of the session you will find yourself proud with how hard you worked & glad that you came as you simply feel happy and energised
2 and half years ago, I was struggling with my weight and a lot of stress at work. I came across the 6 week challenge and decided to give it a go! I instantly fell in love with the intensity of the workouts. I completed the 6 week challenge and immediately signed up for a membership. Kickboxing has kept me sane and I look forward to intense workouts!
Hubby and I attended the Sherwood Park location for over 6 months before it sadly closed this past weekend. Though we never attended Windermere, I've heard such great things about the atmosphere, the staff, and the students who attend. One of my favourite moments was when a "friends and family" class was offered for students to bring their people in to see what kickboxing was all about. We brought our 8 year old, as well as others.
