My husband has called and left many voicemails. After the third call, he finally received a phone call back in the afternoon. Was told their tech just left and we’d receive a phone call in return the next day. No call. We tried calling multiple times, again, and all we get is voicemail. Very poor customer service. If you’re not going to be in the office/open - put that in your voicemail.
Alex did a great job servicing and diagnosing my entry level rowing machine. He was very professional and offered an appointment on short notice. I will definitely get back to him if I need help with my equipment in the future.
Worked with Alex on disassemble, move, reassemble of a treadmill. Excellent communication and service! Would hire again.
The only fitness service in the area who actually follows up and calls you back. I will not go with anyone else. Always fair and professional not to mention doing great work as well!
We own Badger Fitness and always call Alex from Fit Tech whenever we REALLY need help. He's never not been able to figure out our issues.
