I have been working out at FITtec for over several years now. I love the owners, the trainers and especially the workouts! So fast and easy and I live for the soreness I get after each session. Love this place and its superb trainers! I’ve been attending regularly since last summer and I’m glad I was curious enough to learn about EMS and its great benefits. It’s helped me recover and gain my strength back after a full knee replacement surgery. Being a senior, maintaining muscle strength becomes more important as one ages. Before starting to work out in the FIT Tech e-stem suit, I was plagued by weekly tension headaches originating in too tight trap muscles from my regular non-e-stem workouts. Since joining this gym, my headaches have decreased to once a month and my level of fitness and tone have increased without any of my muscle groups ending up being over tense. I cannot recommend FIT Tech anymore highly! Try it.
