I can’t say enough good things about Tonya. She is everything you’d want in a trainer: wholesome, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She celebrates my milestones just as much as I do, which makes the whole fitness journey feel that much more rewarding. I live full-time in an RV and travel the country, so having a consistent gym or in-person trainer just isn’t realistic for me.
