My FIT | STRENGTH experience was very positive. The many pieces of equipment make exercise more interesting. Coaches used timed progression to make the session flow well, too. The staff is very positive and supportive, with eyes on doing the moves correctly for safety.
Great workout classes that are tailored to your needs. The coaches are very attentive and encouraging!
