My son loves the competitive atmosphere and small group that Fit Strength provides, the trainers are amazing too. Overall this is a great place for young adults to learn about exercise fitness.
Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being. I have been on a life long fitness journey and done many things over time but was very specific with my goals when I came to Mark in 2023. Coach Mark is kind, professional and motivating.. He listened to our daughters goals, pushes her to do her best and communicates clearly. We've seen great progress this last month with our daughter. Thank you!
This company is awesome, the owner Mark Bruce has been so helpful into developing Hunter into a college level basketball player. He has put on ten pounds of muscle and increased his vertical leap 6 inches since we started in June!!!!! I could not be happier and I am grateful for everything Mark has done to help Hunter.
