We couldn’t be happier with the GRIT program at Fit Strength. Our ten year old son has been participating in GRIT for the past year and is always eager to attend. The coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They keep class sizes smaller and workouts challenging but fun. We are very pleased with the gains our son has made in strength, coordination and confidence. Highly recommend!
The adult strength classes at Fit Strength have me hooked. I wasn’t much of a gym gal before this, but the coaches, the workouts and the supportive community have won me over. It feels great to be gaining strength and confidence each week with their guidance. Highly recommend!
My daughter has really enjoyed the GRIT class at Fit Strength! Coach Cole has made working out fun for her and she looks forward to going to class every time!
