I started Fit St having zero experience lifting weights, and frankly no gym experience. The way they worked with me, and encouraged me to keep going when I didn’t think I could. Not to mention, the community that is Fit St is unlike any other! I am only a little over a year in, and the changes I have seen in my body and mind is what keeps me coming back day after day.
As a personal trainer with a master’s degree in exercise science, I’m *super* picky about gyms — especially when it comes to programming, organization, and overall vibe. That said, Fit Street is hands down the best gym in Kansas City. The workouts are incredibly well thought out. Nothing is random — every session has structure, purpose, and progression built in.
