The combination of Allen's knowledge of body mechanics and Vince's skills in manual therapy have had an amazing effect on my condition. Highly recommended!
Located inside The Gym, Fit Stop has use of excellent facilities and materials to help you recover and grow quickly and safely. I had a spinal fusion surgery, and Dr. Bluth and team helped me learn how to safely exercise and build up the muscles to support my back. He gave me diverse exercises I could do either at The Gym (included entry with PT) or at home. Great people, great service, willing to work with insurance to get you the care you need. DO IT!
I have had such an amazing experience at the downtown SLC location. Alan is an amazing therapist. When I first came in I could barely even stand up or walk. Within 3 visits I was able to move normally within two weeks. I was back to 100%. Actually my range of motion had improved beyond where it was before I hurt my back. Cameron Garber, the Physical Therapist that helped me, was so concerned and capable! He listened, and designed some excercises for my problem. He also did some hands on manipultion of my neck. Everything really helped to take away the pain. I feel like he is a good friend! I would recommend Fit Stop Physical Therapy to anyone. It is conveniently located at City Creek.
The Fit Stop Physical Theropy is an awesome place to take care of your pain issues. Their professional employee's are rated 5 stars. They were thorough and answered all my questions I had about my condition, the purpose for the exercises I was to do and how they would help me recovery. I was also given a 30 day pass to the Fit Stop Gym which the employees are friendly and also rated 5 star.
