I hate cardio with the white hot intensity of a hundred suns and yet I look forward to every single workout here. There is a great combination of cardio intensity and weights with none of the over the top crossfit mentality. Great coaches, great facility, great classes 4 month review - Still doing this 2 days a week. Cardio capacity is substantially better and I am running sub 8 minute miles. JOIN FIT SOLDIERS TO SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS! I joined Fit Soldiers in 2010. The instructors were great and workout experiences enjoyable. I moved to Lakewood, CO during 2012 & stopped going to Fit Soldiers thinking I could find a fitness class / gym closer to my new home. I worked out at a local recreation center & have a Planet Fitness membership 5 minutes from my home. My fitness goal this year was to lose at least 20lbs. and get more "toned". I was part of the "New Year, New You" challenge. It was a great experience. I lost 22 pounds and 9 inches from my body. Dave and Joey were great! Eating right and working out with lots of support from the Fit Soldiers team. Thanks, guys!
