Best gym in Denver. I've previously had memberships at Alchemy and Duality and think FitSol is by far the best workout. Its tough, there is a ton of variety, and no problem getting into the classes you want. Parking is also super easy.

Cool spot! Took a class that Emma run and it was great. I like the style of 12 exercises for 3 mins each - 40 secs on, 20 off. Emma was very helpful and attentive. She gave me pointers at every station!
