This is the best gym I’ve been to since moving to Arizona! Every single coach here has such a string of knowledge that has helped me immensely. It’s focused on form first instead of trying to do as much weight and reps as possible. Of course we focus on growth but they definitely start you off getting the technique down so you learn the movements before adding weights. The community here is pretty great too. Everyone is always quick to support one another and help clean each others stuff up. This gym is top tier.
