Great way to keep the kids in shape and burn up excess energy. Kayla is absolutely wonderful. She helped us get started and is always super helpful and pleasant. Kim D
New to the gym, but everyone has been super sweet, supportive and encouraging. I love that’s a great ratio of men and women, does not feel like a sausage fest, or a bro-hang. So far I’m really enjoying the environment and community.
I couldn’t have found a better place to train CrossFit than Fit Society.I love their team, their facilities and the workouts are amazing.You have many options every day to create a healthier lifestyle for yourself, mentally and physically. This is my third week training here and i’m happy to be part of their community. 100% recommended:)
I’ve been going to the gym for a couple weeks now and it has been my favorite place to work out! The coaches push you and help correct your form. Everyone is so encouraging and I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here! 10/10 recommend!!
Excellent conditioning. Helped me with the final push in my training to get into comp shape. More than sufficient. Earned my first gold in JJ BB while working full time and in school 30 hr a week.
