I’ve been going to Fit Societe in Kearny Mesa as my main location since it’s closer to my house/work but on weekends I make it out to the La Mesa facility for Saturday morning class with Scott. It’s the same great experience just a different venue! These classes can be progressed/regressed to whatever your current level is so everyone can benefit and get an appropriate workout from taking a class. I really enjoy working out with Fit Societe. I get a lot more out of the group workouts than if I worked out on my own, and it's fun to be with the group to support one another. Everyone is kind and welcoming! The instructors give everyone guidance in class, helping you with proper form and challenging you to push yourself harder to reach your goals. Together the coaches and members make each workout fun. It's such a great atmosphere for motivating each person do their best. Come prepared to sweat, and to laugh. That's what keeps me coming back - it's great for the mind, the body, and the soul. I love how good I feel after each and every workout.
