Fit Social is a gem. Steve and his team are rockstars. My wife and I have been training here for a few months and their energy and enthusiasm is unmatched. They're also very knowledgable and have helped us do a 360 on our fitness and nutrition. I'm addicted!

I have been a virtual client for about 3 months now for nutrition and accountability, which is where I needed the most help. I am addicted to CrossFit and love working out, but you can’t outrun a bad diet. Steve is so knowledgeable, not only will he make you a plan that works, but will go the extra mile and explain the ‘why’ to you as well. Genia is great for accountability and keeping things on track. If you are ready for a change and willing to put in the work, it’s 100% with it.
