I've been going to Fit Social for two months now, and I am so happy with the results and progress I have made so far! As someone who has never stepped foot in a gym before, this environment and the trainers are welcoming, motivating, and so helpful, not onlynwith fitness but with nutrional support as well. For the first time in a VERY long time, I truly believe that I am capable of reaching my goals. This has been so worth the investment!
Absolutely loved my experience at FITSOCIAL! The owner, Steve is so down to earth and dedicated to his clients! It is so refreshing to meet someone who is passionate about helping people reach their goals. I love the atmosphere. The team creates a fitness schedule and food plan that help you to reach your goals. Sarah & Justin have been such a huge support to me and helped me to feel comfortable in the workouts. Worth every penny!
Coach Sarah is amazing! My son has been working out with coach Sarah to get faster and stronger for high school sports. The intense training has made him become just that. Coach Sarah also finally made him realize how important it is to put enough fluids and food in to your body. Thank You Coach Sarah and Steve
