I just got back from my first workout in 6 months. The place I chose for my comeback was Fluid Cycling! I belonged to a gym for years but was ready for a change. I am so thrilled with my experience at Fluid and cannot wait to go back! The workout was incredible, not anything like your traditional spin class.
