100%%%%% recommend ! This studio is so much fun. You will get such a good workout. Time goes by quickly because it’s just that much fun. Various classes and times to fit our schedules.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for this gym because I’m absolutely in love with it. I’ve always struggled to be consistent with a gym since high school, and it made it hard for me to feel confident with working out. However, I can proudly say that has changed because of what this place has to offer. Trainers are nice and encouraging, and my favorite has been Ian.
