My bestie bought me a class to try. First of all, very impressive for those staff to remember member names, that’s so sweet. They say hi to everyone, and it is a private gym with group exercise. They offer multiple class and diffrance time You don’t have to pay extra for personal trainer check this place out you will be come addict for going to gym .
Took my first ever yoga class with Michelle. I had never done yoga before so she made sure to explain everything very well to make sure I understood how to get into the correct position. I'll definitely be back.
Very nice fitness studio, staff can be a bit difficult to get ahold of because they don’t have a receptionist and when class is in session the instructors cannot get to the phone. I would very much recommend in spite of this, it’s clean and the environment is friendly.
It’s an experience!!! So fun definitely doesn’t feel like a workout until later. It’s a vibe good music and good people Do I recommend it? YES, don’t sleep on it I don’t mind driving 50 miles it’s worth it
