I've used Fit Removals Twice, so I'll take the average and give it a 2. The first time I had a good experience, this last time not so much. I will preface and say it was raining during my latest move, so if you move during a sunny day I'm sure you're fine. My mattress in this last move ended up damaged, but the most disappointing part is I was messaging the team about how to rectify the issue.
