I joined Fit Reflection almost a year ago and I’m so glad I did! The trainers are exceptional and I really value the small group, female centred, strength focused instruction. After entering menopause I felt that strength was leaking out of me and I broke a bone (toe) for the first time in my life. Fast forward 11 months training at Fit Reflection and I have lots more energy and can open the lid on salsa jars again! Thanks Tegan, Clare and Kate and here’s to an even fitter and stronger 2026.
I have tried lots of gyms over my lifetime but never lasted more than 3 visits and wasted a lot of money.. Fit reflection was a game changer -mainly do the 5 am classes. What is great about Fit reflection is they have done the research to optimize the benefit of how to excercise. It is a great community and there are plenty of fun moments
Since joining FitReflection, I have trained consistently throughout the years. As a result, I feel healthy mentally, socially, physically, spiritually and emotionally, making for a happy and confident me!
