Best Kickboxing classes for the price! I look forward to aerobic kickboxing at Fit Quest every week! Andi makes class fun and I reep the benefits! I feel better and look better. The atmosphere is more comfortable than any other gym I've been to. She also does personal training and nutritional guidance. If its worked for me, it will work for anyone!!
