I took my first reformer class at Fit PT with Dr. Kaitlin today and had the best time. Working with Dr. Annie Snyder has been great. She has really helped me understand my body and unwind some long term imbalances I have been dealing with for a while. The exercises she prescribes are personalized, not the old grainy printouts we used to get. She takes the time to explain what each one is doing and why it matters, instead of just going through the motions.
