I went to Fit PT for pelvic floor support. Amy was amazing to work with. She listened to my concerns and helped develop an exercise routine that worked for me. After only six weekly sessions I had a definite improvement in symptoms. Highly recommend Amy, Physical Therapist and Fit PT!
I cannot say enough good things about the care I have received from FitPT. I started seeing Dr. Kaitlin in 2021 after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery and a hysterectomy; since then, she and her staff have treated me for shoulder, back, hip, and TBI. From ovarian cysts to a chronic knee injury to a stubborn Achilles heel, the team at Fit PT have provided expert care, pain relief, valuable knowledge, and helpful tips for selfcare and management. Pain no longer takes up so much real estate in my brain, and I have freedom to live and be me again. I couldn't be more grateful, and I recommend them to everyone I meet!
Dr. Annie was so helpful in my postpartum healing! Because of her support, I was able to confidently transition back into daily activities and eventually to a workout routine. I am so grateful for all of her support and expertise!
