The store is NEVER open during business hours. I have been by multiple times during "open" hours and nobody is there. When I have been able to go in, the markup on products is unreal! People are way better off ordering their supplements online.

I’ve called two days in a row during open hours and no answer. I drove down to check it out and the sign said would be back at 11 but at 1230 it was still closed. Like others I will be ordering from Amazon. Sad because I wanted to support local.

I've had the same experience as the people below the last year. The new owner Brandi is a mess and never has the store open. She also smells like alcohol when I have gone in there. Not sure why somebody so unhealthy has a health store. Sad that she drove Tess's business into the ground! I'll be spending my money on amazon too.

Been in to buy product twice now, paid a different price for the same product. When you try and call, nobody answers the phone. This place has completely gone downhill and I am disappointed. Bend doesn’t have many supplement stores, and the ones they do have seem to all be terrible nowadays. To the World Wide Web I go, at least Amazon can get it to me next day.

We just had the most awful experience with the owner. We are long time customers and went to get supplements today, the business sign was on but the door sign said closed. We tried to open the door and thought let’s just wait to see when she comes back for lunch. All the sudden she pulls in next to us in an illegal parking spot, door dings my car, walks in and shuts the sign off. When we were leaving she threw her hands in the air.
