Taylor has done an amazing job with this gym and the additions that he has brought to the community with the pickle ball courts, golf simulator, hall rental space, and the wellness area. I recently had personal training sessions with Alex Wolford and he is amazing. He will tailor your workouts to your specific needs and any injuries or conditions you may have to be sure to not add further injury. He is motivating and makes the personal training sessions fun. Fit Physique is a standout gym offering 24-hour access for those who prefer flexible workout times. For non-24-hour members, the gym also provides a staffed period, ensuring everyone has support when needed. I personally use the 24 hour membership and love the ability to scan in and out at whatever times fit my schedule best.
