I'm lucky I live near FIT in Aubrey so I could be treated by Shayne, Mikyla and their team. I felt a real commitment on their part to make sure I meet my recovery goals. They also left me with good instructions to maintain and continue improving. Next time I tear something up--and I will--I know where to go. Thank you!

Shayne was great - Very knowledgeable, very thorough. My sciatic pain was relieved within the first week or so of therapy. She continued therapy that strengthened my core to prevent future issues. I would highly recommend her.
Wanted to share about my experience with Fit Physical Therapy. I would highly recommend them. I had a hip replacement done and Shayne with Fit was my therapist. She is absolutely awesome. She listened to my needs and concerns and patterned a program to fit it. I also had Mariah who was an intern there and she was awesome too. Kudos to Mikayla, Julian and Madi also. All were very welcoming and made you feel like family.
