I’m so glad I chose FIT for my physical therapy treatment. I had such a great experience working with Mikyla, Madi, and Mariah! I looked forward to each appointment, knowing I would leave feeling better. The whole team was so encouraging, welcoming, and kind. They genuinely cared about my progress and healing, and were supportive every step of the way. I would recommend FIT to anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond!

I was referred to FIT Physical Therapy by my personal trainer after spraining my MCL. Madison quickly got me scheduled for an assessment with Mikyla so the healing process could begin. It was a team effort, between two visits per week for the first couple of months, plus specific exercises to do at home. After two visits to the ER for unbearable pain in my hip and leg, I was referred to the physical therapy. In my mind, I really thought that it would be a waste of time, that there was no way I could get better without medication or even surgery.
