The husband and wife duo and owners, Taylor and Annie, saw a deficit in the fitness industry. Surrounding gyms and other fitness programs were providing their clientele with a physical solution, but lacking in their ability to aid in a person’s overall wellness. Greatest gym in the Hoover/Birmingham area! From the moment I walked into this gym 2.5 years ago for my initial assessment to now, I have always felt supported and welcome. Fit People has challenged me and changed me in ways I never thought possible. I’m a busy mom but I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to encouragement and accountability of the Fit People trainers and family. No gimmicks, no quick fixes, just people who really know you and care about you, pushing you to be your best.
Fit People is the ideal place to both work hard and have a good time.
I love to workout here because I am constantly being challenged. The people I workout with are great and we encourage each other to new levels. The staff is highly trained and extremely motivated (love their jobs!). They also practice what they preach.
