I have just recently joined Fit People and I’m so glad I did. I’m no stranger to working out, but I never know what to do in the gym other than cardio. I just wander around aimlessly trying to follow my IG or YouTube workout videos. As I’m getting older, I know I need to lift weights more than what I’ve been doing. Greatest gym in the Hoover/Birmingham area! From the moment I walked into this gym 2.5 years ago for my initial assessment to now, I have always felt supported and welcome. The trainers work very hard to help you achieve your goals in a safe and effective way. The workouts are both challenging and thoughtful, targeting what each person needs based on ability level.
