FitOneFour is an outstanding gym. Ryan and his team do a phenomenal job creating an environment where you feel welcomed, challenged, and supported. It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a community. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating, and the members are always encouraging and helpful. Whether you’re new to fitness or experienced, this is the perfect place to push yourself, make progress, and enjoy the process. Highly recommend!

Gym is always hot as hell. Too cheap to turn the AC down to a reasonable level for the comfort of your patrons. The place is also falling into a general state of disrepair. Benches are all cracking and weathered. Cable machines, handles, and attachments are in a sad state. Feels like this gym is just drifting along on life support, there are much nicer alternatives in the area.
Such a great gym, very amazing experience, go in get your work done go home!
