My experience with Fir One Four has been fantastic. After many years of avoiding the gym I decided to check out Fit One Four. Ryan, the owner, was my first contact and he was great. Ryan offered valuable insight and was very welcoming. I worked with personal trainer Grant Schumaker for about 1 1/2 years.
