I have been going here for two decades. There is nobody I trust more to handle my alterations. I have given them everything from high end designer gowns to patching my daughter's worn duffle bags. In 20 years they have only been professional, and done beautiful work, including rush work when I need it righy away for an event. I would never go anywhere else and cannot recommend them enough. They are the most honest and talented staff around.

I had a pair of pants tailored by them back in November of 2024 and in January of 2025 the hem is gone and the seam on the side of my pants are coming undone. Definitely not worth what I paid. Will never go back.

Always my go to for alterations! They are amazing at accommodating last minute things as well!

They cut my pants too short and the bottom not straight, than refused to give me at least a refund, I had to argue for my refund. They tried to wash themselves out, like that's how you cut a pants but than why they didn't ask me if I want it straight or front shorter. BUT it wasn't even like that, the inside part was shorter and not even straight like a 5 year old cut it. Customer service is horrible!!!!! And no compensation for the pants what was brand new. Never again and save yourself a trip there!!!!!
