I was referred to Roland because I wanted a bday party for my daughter and so I went to check his establishment out. I was given a price of 400.00 dollars to have the party. He said I would need half down. I contacted him next day so I could give him 200.00 he said ok. He then replied back and said can I see you tonight on a different note.
