Fit Nation is amazing!! Training with Ajay has given me so much confidence and helped me see that I’m so much more capable and strong than I ever believed myself to be. Very welcoming atmosphere and kind people working there :) Highly recommend!
The thought of going to a gym to lift weights used to feel intimidating and not something I ever imagined I would be capable of doing. I was referred to Fitnation after my MVA for rehab. There, I saw women of all ages, barbell squatting and bench pressing which was so inspiring. From rehab to weight-lifting at Fitnation has been an amazing journey for me and I have to credit the fantastic trainers. Good community
I’ve been training at FitNation for 10 months. I was very hesitant to start lifting weights, however, Ajay and Ben ensured that I have proper technique to lift safely and with confidence. They pay close attention and have safely pushed me beyond what I thought was possible for me. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a supportive and knowledgeable staff to help you get stronger. The playlists are also worth going for!
