I can’t say enough good things about Fit and Prep! The food is absolutely awesome—it actually tastes delicious and is seasoned so well. Everything is super fresh, and I love that it comes frozen, so I never have to worry about it going bad before I can eat it. This is my first time trying their meal service and it’s been great so far. I’m hispanic so flavor is big for me, and they did not disappoint! The cuban Mojo pork was so good, and their meatballs as well! Use it for office lunch so it’s perfect and convenient. They offer delivery and its all packed in an insulated bag. Give them a try!

Absolutely the best prepared meals around! Fit 'n Prep makes other meal prep services look like they need to go back to culinary school, or maybe step foot in an actual kitchen. They have thought of everything, from what type of diet you may be on, to how many calories you're looking to consume, and then they make food that not only meets that criteria, but tastes absolutely incredible. Awesome work by an incredible team!

I’m really impressed with Fit ‘n Prep! The meals are delicious, nutritious, and super convenient. They offer a great variety, and everything always arrives fresh. It's a huge time-saver and helps me stick to my health goals. Highly recommend!
