Do not give them your business A good friend ordered their pool liner back in February, paid their bill on full and have still not had it installed. They have asked for a refund and the owner will not return their money or fulfill his obligation to install their new pool liner.
Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Every product has failed including the liner in less than 10 years. Once Doug has your money, he vanishes like a ghost
Worst pool company ever. No communication with the owner unless he wants something. The pool was dug. He didn't have the side panels ordered in time. While we waited on parts the hole collapsed. Doug called to ask what liner and how deep while we waited. I told him the liner and the depth. A week later he called again to ask the depth. I answered again. I have called multiple times & stopped in the business asking for someone to please call me so that I can reserve a time to order an In-Ground pool. I have never received a call in over a month!! I will not be doing business with these people, thank God I didn't put a deposit down!! I called Beadling pools in Louisville, and they returned my call early the next day. Everyone warned me....go somewhere else!!
