Great gym with a friendly atmosphere, clean facilities, and good equipment. The staff are helpful, and it’s a great place to work out. Highly recommend!

I have been going to the gym for 2 years now and being 73 years old i was a bit reluctant however Kyle and Narelle made me feel very welcome and helped me with my program good atmosphere and nice people

I’ve been coming to the gym for three years now and I’ve enjoyed the experience. Kyle is very helpful and courteous, not sure of anything just ask him and he is most able and knowledgeable to help.

I've been a Fit n Firm member for 6 months now and I've become so much stronger and healthier since starting. This gym has a wonderful community feel to it and the group fitness classes are amazing. Shout out to staff Narelle & Kyle for being incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help me out whenever I have questions or need some fitness tips.
