I've been a member for over three years and love this gym. Everyone is very friendly and always enjoy sharing time with people who are encouraging you to do your best. Great group of women!

This is a great local gym. The owner provides a personalized approach for each individual and a great deal of flexibility of schedule. It's primarily women's only so its easy to feel comfortable getting your sweat on without worrying about how you look. I've been a member for a year and attend 4 days a week and am satisfied with my results!

I have been a gym member at Fit 'n' Firm for almost nine years and hands down, it beats the cookie cutter gyms in the area. The owner/certified personal trainer is very knowledgeable and takes every member's health and ability into consideration. Fit 'n' Firm is one of Hillsborough's best kept secrets , tucked away in Mountain View Plaza on Route 206. Over the years I've seen a lot of positive transformations at the Fit 'n' Firm.
