I’ve been going for a few weeks to this gym, just signed up! I can’t say anything wrong about the owner, (she is great) but the trainer Theresa is just horrible, it’s like walking in to high school again. I’ve observed her clicks with certain group of girls and who I’ve observed her every morning reserving 3 spots for her favorites. By far my favorite gym in Santa Paula! I love that it is female owned and operated and a female only gym! Courtney is amazing and the members are so welcoming. Great workouts and great music!

I FEEL SCAMMED . I PURCHASED 2 MEAL PLANS BECAUSE I NEEDED A GUIDE FOR MY HEALTH JOURNEY, I HAVE ATTENDED MULTIPLE LIVES via TIKTOK TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HER MEAL PLAN AND SHE SAID TIKTOK IS BLOCKING HER FROM SEEING MY COMMENTS BUT SHE IS THE ONE WHO BLOCKED ME FROM THE LIVE. MY QUESTION WAS “ In your meal plan, when you speak of ounce or cups of food (ex: rice), are you saying 1 cup/ounce dry or after cooked ?” THERE WAS NO ANSWER.
