Big fan of F.i.t. of what they helped me with personally on my back last year, and also now helping my senior citizen mother with multiple pain issues.
Garrett at Fit is amazing. He relates to younger kids and gets them involved and invested in their own recovery.
I’ve been working with Garret at FIT during my recovery after major surgery, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. He is incredibly patient, supportive, and attentive to how I’m feeling each visit. No two days are the same in recovery, and he really listens and tailors each session to what I need that day. Highly recommend!
