I went to Amy’s Wednesday morning class with my 1-year-old and was absolutely floating after!!! I know I need to move and that it does wonders for my mood & mental health but with a baby in tow I can never get to the gym. My sun wasn’t seen as a burden and the other women got it and were super friendly and lots of fun. I’m definitely coming back & I highly recommend Fit Mommas

I have been attending this class for a few months now and from the start me and my little boy have been made to feel welcome. It's enjoyable to be able to work out with little one and speak to other moms . The instructor Amy makes us all feel welcome and the class is structured so you get the best out of if with your little ones. The class breaks down barriers for moms who feel they can't get out and do fit classes as you can come along with baby and have a good work out and giggle.
