I attended my first class with Fit Mom Life LLC recently and it was a wonderful workout. Frances is a great instructor and you can tell how much thought she put into the workout. She had modifications for moms holding babies and she was ready to make a modification if you needed some extra support. The other great part of the workout was that I got to bring my son. Great workout! I loved the modifications for when I needed to hold baby. My kids love playing with the others while being close to mommy during workouts. Great to meet other moms too.
