Wesley is an incredible trainer and great, genuine person! I trained with Wesley years ago, so when he reached out to me after starting this business I was thrilled to get started again. This time around, I am recovering from a knee injury, and Wesley's knowledge of therapeutic exercise has helped heal my knee while making me stronger. We meet virtually on Zoom which also works out great if you can't leave your house (especially during quarantine!). I highly recommend Wesley as a trainer - you will not be disappointed!

When I started working with Wesley, I was very tight and was frustrated with the swelling and pain I was experiencing . He showed me a lot of new exercises that helped loosen up my range of motion. Working with him taught me a lot about what I could do that is in my control so I can continue to stay active. Wesley brought his own equipment. He came to my house so it made it very convenient. I am now feeling a lot better and am pain free.
