Ray and Brandi have a great setup. There is plenty of room and equipment to comfortably target and strengthen all the important muscle groups. As a former swimmer with shoulder issues, I noticed both of them are also very conscious of your body and can make adjustments to ensure you are safely doing the exercises with proper technique and the appropriate weights. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family that need either physical therapy or a good workout!
