I love this place. I see my son having so much fun and believing in himself. He is enjoying his growth and so am I. The staff is awesome and the training is easy enough for kids to pick up yet engaging enough for the kids to apply themselves. Highly recommend.

F.I.T. martial arts is a place for everyone to learn many different things such as discipline , focus , techniques , and many more . The master and the coach’s are very helpful and they want you to reach your goal and get to the belt you need and deserve.

Master Ray and the staff of St Louis's F.I.T. Martial Arts Center is second to none. My 13-year-old joined the Dojo over a year ago and she's grown spiritually, physically, and mentally. She was a bully, but she's toned down to respecting others and more importantly, respecting herself. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend F.I.T. Martial Arts to anyone looking for valued training that also enhances your well-being.
