I have taken several of classes here: Straight Up Strength, Pilates, Yoga and Jump Sculpt. The instructors are always energetic and very helpful. I love the fact that the classes are small and the instructors are interactive which makes it feel like you are getting personal training. I love it here and I'm so glad I joined! Was

Joined a few weeks ago and loving it! The trainers are super chill and the studio and equipment is modern and clean. The community of women is what makes it even better!

I like most of the staff, however I find one pilates teacher in particular rather disturbing. The studio should really do a better job at vetting instructors and ensure they keep their liberal propaganda out of business/services.

Excellent gym with a fantastic vibe. The ladies in here have made me feel so welcome and the workouts are wonderful. I’ve also added on PT and my trainer is lovely. If you are looking for a gym like I was (new to the area) don’t hesitate to join here. The owners and all the trainers are kind, and make you feel included immediately upon walking in. The workouts are fabulous and they make sure your form is correct which I love. TY FMT!!!
