I've been going to this gym since it opened and LOVED everything about it especially the owner but recently had a horrible experience with Matt the manager who has, to this day, never talked to me personally. He has only relayed messages thru John. When I signed up for my month to month contract I was told membership can be held if needed for a month and that when restarted we would be considered "grandfathered" in at the same rate. I wanted to like this gym because I love my trainer. The management here is terrible. When I signed my contract I specifically requested one-month holds twice a year when I am out of town for trade shows. I verified this two or three times within the signing and was told it was fine. Come January, I was out of town from the 1-29 as I said I would be, and my card was charged. No big deal right?
