I have been training at Fit Lab Rockport for a few years. I have trained previously at other gyms but have never felt so welcomed and encouraged and comfortable. All of the staff are kind and friendly including the gym "mascot" Buddy the dog. It's like having an extended family that doesn't judge and is always there for your needs. I am currently training with Amy and I can't say enough good things about her knowledge and skills. If you are looking for a great experience I highly recommend Fit Lab Rockport! -- Sarah Jayne
Very mixed experience here. The gym itself is extremely clean, the owner is kind, and the front desk staff are friendly. After about 1 PM it’s usually empty, which some people may really enjoy. However, every weekday morning there is a dog loose inside the gym (roughly 7 AM–noon). The dog barks at people coming in and runs up to members. Get fit at Fit Lab Gym, they have several people to work with you or work alone. Take classes like Pilates Bar, Fit Fusion, Core & Glutes Ignite, L.I.I.T, Zumba, or Rock steady Boxing for Parkinsons etc. Or do it all. Get your work out in a class then do weights, walk or ride a bike either way you can feel better by moving whichever you choose.
A very friendly, unintimidating atmosphere. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and bright.
I enjoy visiting this gym, good small town friendly environment.
