Very mixed experience here. The gym itself is extremely clean, the owner is kind, and the front desk staff are friendly. After about 1 PM it’s usually empty, which some people may really enjoy. However, every weekday morning there is a dog loose inside the gym (roughly 7 AM–noon). The dog barks at people coming in and runs up to members. While I was lifting heavy weights it ran directly at my hands, which felt unsafe and distracting. I spoke with staff and the owner, and they plan to continue allowing the dog to be there. Get fit at Fit Lab Gym, they have several people to work with you or work alone. Take classes like Pilates Bar, Fit Fusion, Core & Glutes Ignite, L.I.I.T, Zumba, or Rock steady Boxing for Parkinsons etc. Or do it all. Get your work out in a class then do weights, walk or ride a bike either way you can feel better by moving whichever you choose.
A very friendly, unintimidating atmosphere. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and bright.

Seriously this place is a gem. I've been looking for a small friendly gym. The have great membership prices and everyone was so helpful! So much fun with the ladies. A very welcoming place. They have so many options with equipment . You can use the free open room to work out also. I'm so happy I found this little gym. Everything is clean. Equipment is functioning properly.
