Never heard of this place and I'm getting unsolicited phone calls.
I got a free pass from a golf outing I attended in Coronado and gave it a try. I needed a quick 20-30 minute full-body workout that gets results with a hectic work schedule. The staff was terrific, and the studio is top-notch. They had everything I was looking for, the ARX resistance workout machine in 7 minutes (felt like ARNOLD after). 3 visits in. What a workout!!! 20 minutes in and out each time. Full body workout✔️ Muscle groups all reached failure. Personal Trainers are amazing! This place is first class. Love the technology. Definitely going to workout smarter from here on out.
So happy I found FitLab! First, the workout - they use the ARX machines which employ adaptive resistance training. This is a high intensity, highly efficient way to work your muscles for maximum benefit. There are tons of different exercises the machines can do so workout can be finely tuned to your body and goals.
