Fitlab is unlike any other fitness studio I have been to!! Its high intensity workouts challenge me each and every class! Since joining Fitlab, I’ve grown stronger, more confident, and I’m closer to my fitness goals than I’ve ever been. Thanks Tim for an awesome fitness experience!
Fitlab is what I would consider an ideal workout environment! Everyday is different, everyone is so kind, and you really feel comfortable working out! I’m pushed to my physical limit every class and I’m so thankful I joined!
Joining the Fitlab family has been one of my best decisions. Tim is the best Personal trainner by far! Betting on my health and well-being has been very important. 💚👍💪
What can I say? I have never felt so comfortable working out. They are always checking in with their members and you get a different workout every day. They are alway there if you have questions or to make sure you are doing the exercises the "right" way. I really enjoy working out and I feel fit. Ihave gained a lot of strength. I have also lost at least 30 pounds and many inches, which is a bonus. In all you should give it a try!
