Vanessa and Jan have been fantastic trainers in my husband and I's fitness journeys over the last 5 months. Both have been responsive to the needs of a recurrent knee injury I've had, and have integrated recommendations from my physio. We've appreciated the accountability, insight, and knowledge that have helped us in the gym and out. The workouts are intense in a good way, and I really appreciate being able to workout in a quieter gym environment that over time feels more like a community.
This place is really good! Love the private feel, it's never too busy or noisy, and it's always very clean and bright inside. Vanessa and Jan are both great at pushing us to work harder, and it's clear that they truly care about our success.
Fit Integrated is a great place to work out! The trainers are motivating & supportive, they take time to guide you, push you, and make sure you always feel comfortable & confident. The fun atmosphere makes me look forward to my workouts!
I joined on a whim but I am so happy I did. My 1st start up session with Kia was great and the 2nd session was even more amazing Thank you Kia for your empathy but also nudges and little pushes to get me to the level I want to be at! You are a great listener 👍🏻
