Been going here for a few years now. The staff are friendly, the place is organized and well-kept, never dirty or with weights strewn about. Jan has been a great trainer to me who takes into account my personal fitness goals and has helped me reach those over time.
I’ve been attending fitness training sessions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly tailors each workout to my goals.
