Loved the personal training sessions with Kyle. He designed workouts to match my fitness goals and activities. Many of the exercises he gave me were designed so I could continue on my own. After each session, I left with a hand-written list of all exercises. Unlike most gyms, Kyle did not interrupt our session for calls or other people, but he stayed engaged so that the exercises could be adjusted as needed. The best gym experience in Tucson. If you’re looking for a professionally run, clean, and welcoming spot to work out, FIT is it. This is a small/boutique gym experience, where you can work out self-paced, or with some of the friendliest, and most experienced trainers around. You will never fight a crowd, and you and your goals will be supported. The gym has a strong community vibe with a diverse membership - highest caliber/pro athletes to student athletes to my own 80+ year old dad! And me. Highly Recommend.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an incredible workout at FIT and I have to say, it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were eager to help me achieve my fitness goals.
