I was nervous about going to a gym, but as soon as I walked in, that all faded away. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is something for everyone whether you want to lift, do cardio or take a class! I'm so glad I joined!
Wow, I had no idea what was on the inside of this little gym as I drove past over the years, busily running kids here and there!! As life slowed down and I found myself needing a little structure I joined at the suggestion of a friend who had recently started going. Well, it was the very best decision ever!! Member from 2022-current Very reasonably priced gym even with the childcare fees. I love Fit for having the friendliest of staff and for the well kept, clean facility! Renee is a knowledgeable & positive instructor. I can always count on leaving the gym feeling better than when I arrived, whether it’s from an active cardio class, or grounding yoga practice. Fit is also a wonderful part of the Boonsboro community offering a variety of free classes and workshops!
*update 10/24/25* Renee who made the gym a warm community on top of a great environment, is no longer at this gym. I wasn’t notified of child care being unavailable until they hire new staff. I showed up, ready for a class, kids in tow and was turned away. Luckily, I went two days before the next billing cycle and I was able to freeze my account and my childcare pack. We vacationed at Inn Boonsboro Quite a few years Back; however, I wasn’t able to utilize the gym at the time. I followed the Inn on Facebook and became acquainted with their gym, Fit Inn Boonsboro. Then Covid hit and the gym manager, Renee, took her classes online to help keep her clients both physically and mentally fit during some uncertain times.
