Renee, Thank you for teaching every yoga class in a calm and kind manner and also for the activities that you organize for all of us. I enjoy it and also it has been helping me with flexibility and strength of my body. The class of 5 senses yoga class was an incredible experience.
I love this gym been going here for 11 years now. Some people say it’s clicky, but it is what you make it. I enjoy the people immensely and I do the activities when I want to no pressure. Everyone is very very nice and I enjoy it immensely.
Very reasonably priced gym even with the childcare fees. I love Fit for having the friendliest of staff and for the well kept, clean facility! Renee is a knowledgeable & positive instructor. I can always count on leaving the gym feeling better than when I arrived, whether it’s from an active cardio class, or grounding yoga practice. Fit is also a wonderful part of the Boonsboro community offering a variety of free classes and workshops!
Wow, I had no idea what was on the inside of this little gym as I drove past over the years, busily running kids here and there!! As life slowed down and I found myself needing a little structure I joined at the suggestion of a friend who had recently started going. Well, it was the very best decision ever!! This gym is easy to love! The equipment area is cool and peaceful and the fitness classes are really fun. Everyone is so friendly it’s like tricking myself into working out.
