Excellent workouts, different every time Very experienced trainers.
My first class today. It was very inspiring and fun. I really felt the burns.. much needed. I really liked the coach Marissa and the group. Everyone was friendly and there was a great energy and vibe. No judgments.i felt very comfortable. Look forward to mt next 30 days.
